- Product Database Creation: Create a database for each product, specifying the exact amount of gold and quantities of stones required for production.
- Worker Selection: Choose a specific worker for the task.
- Product Assignment: Assign specific products for the worker to create.
- Precise Material Calculation: The system automatically calculates the precise amount of gold and stones needed for the assigned products.

GOLD ERP WORKFLOW

1. Raw Materials Calculation

Input the required quantities of raw gold and stones to create a specific number of products. The system calculates the total raw materials needed for production and deducts them from the raw material inventory.

2. Production Assignment

Assign materials (gold and stones) to workers for production.
Track materials issued to each worker, specifying the expected output quantity (e.g., 100 rings).
Generate a bill for the materials provided, with two copies: one for internal records and one for the worker.

3. Production Tracking and Inventory Update

As workers complete the production process, they submit finished products.
The system updates the inventory, moving items from “in production” to the “ready for sale” inventory.
Track discrepancies between expected and actual output, if any, for quality control.

4. Sales Inventory Management

Monitor the real-time status of ready-to-sell products, with detailed breakdowns by product type (rings, necklaces, etc.).
The system updates available stock as sales occur.

5. Customer Purchase and Transaction Processing

When a customer makes a purchase, process it as either:

Cash Payment
– Immediate payment updates revenue records.
Checks Payment
– Track the amount through a scheduled or ready to cash check.
Debts Postponed
– Track the amount through a credit transaction.

Record the transaction in the customer’s profile, tracking outstanding debts and unpaid checks.

6. Client Financial Tracking

Access a client’s history to view their total debt, outstanding checks, and purchase records.
Generate a customer bill with two copies for record-keeping (one for the archive and one for the client).
Customize views to see client debts, revenue, and payment statuses by day, month, year, or custom timeframe.

7. Master Dashboard Overview

Inventory Levels:
Raw gold, materials in production, finished products, and stones.
Revenue Insights:
Current revenue for the day, month, or year.
Customer Financials:
Total debts, outstanding checks, and other key metrics.
