Discovery call
A short call covers your audiences, your documents and your accessibility target.
Pretoria
Web design Pretoria organisations can book remotely: we build accessible, document-ready websites from Casablanca, one hour from your clock. Itemised quotes, POPIA and your accessibility target are scoped before any code is written.
Pretoria, from Casablanca
Web design Pretoria buyers are often organisations with a lot to publish: departments, universities, research projects, associations and the firms that supply them. We design, build and host the site from Casablanca and work in your hours.
There is no Pretoria office. Pretoria is South Africa’s administrative capital, in the City of Tshwane, and it keeps UTC+2 all year. That is one hour ahead of us. We share seven hours a day, from 10:00 to 17:00 your time, or six in Ramadan, from 11:00.
Committees decide slowly and in writing, which suits remote work. We give you a written summary after every call, so decisions can go round your team without another meeting.
This page sits inside our web design for South African businesses, part of the South Africa hub.
Pretoria rules
Accessibility and plain language. A public-facing organisation should be usable by everyone: keyboard navigation, readable contrast, captions and a clear structure. We write an accessibility target into the scope, such as WCAG 2.2 level AA, and test against it before launch.
We build the structure for several languages. Native writers should produce the copy.
Records and privacy. POPIA covers the personal data your forms and registers collect. Many organisations also publish a PAIA manual, which explains how to request records. Your lawyer can say whether yours must. We build the page and a request form with consent.
Procurement. Public tenders have their own rules, such as supplier registration on the Central Supplier Database. We are a foreign supplier with no South African company, so check each tender’s conditions before you ask us to respond.
What we build
Many Pretoria sites publish more than they sell: notices, reports, forms, events and policy documents. We design the library so people find a file in two steps, with search, filters and clear labels on every download.
How a project runs
Procurement teams compare numbers line by line. Our quotes list every deliverable, the timeline, the payment milestones and what is not included, so a finance officer can check each line against the scope.
Services
One team for the site and for the systems behind it.
Across the time difference
One hour apart means live calls all day. Writing carries the decisions.

FAQ
What organisations in Pretoria ask before they book a call.
No. We work remotely from Casablanca and meet on video in your working day. There is no Pretoria office. If you need someone on site, a local agency is the better fit.
Probably not, and we would rather say so now. Tenders often require supplier registration on the Central Supplier Database, a local company or a B-BBEE certificate. We are a Moroccan studio with no South African company. For university, association, NGO and private-sector projects that run outside a tender, we can quote.
We build to the target you choose, such as WCAG 2.2 level AA, and test against it before launch. Accessibility also depends on the content your staff add later, so we explain the rules during handover.
PAIA is the Promotion of Access to Information Act. It lets people request records from public and private bodies, and many bodies publish a manual that explains how. Your lawyer can say whether you must. We can build the page and the request form.
Yes. Text, pages, documents and search settings are editable through a visual admin, so routine publishing does not need a developer.
Next step
Pick a time in your working day. We will talk through your audiences, your documents and the accessibility and privacy points, and what a first version should include.
