Custom web developmentUAE software
We are a custom software development company that builds portals, APIs, ERP and CRM for UAE businesses, remotely from Casablanca. The UAE is three hours ahead of us, so you get about six shared working hours a day. VAT, payments and Arabic layouts are scoped before any code.
UAE, from Casablanca
Custom software development company UAE buyers can hire remotely: we design, build and run your software from Casablanca. You get a fixed price scoped up front, a start within 3–5 business days, a preview link every cycle and the repository at handover. The system is built around how you work, not around a template.
We are not a Dubai office, and we name no UAE clients. We are a small studio that builds and runs its own products, such as RIVER ERP and RAIN Store. What we offer is a clear process and honest scoping of the parts that are specific to the UAE.
The UAE keeps Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4, all year. Casablanca is UTC+1, and UTC+0 during Ramadan. A 09:00 to 18:00 day in the UAE shares 12:00 to 18:00 with ours, which is six hours, or five during Ramadan. Many UAE employers now work Monday to Friday with a short Friday, a pattern the federal government adopted in 2022. We confirm your week on the first call.
This page sits under the UAE hub, Gulf hub and all markets. Our custom web development page shows the stack, and pricing explains how we quote.
UAE rules
Tax and invoices. The UAE charges VAT at 5 %. A tax invoice carries the supplier’s Tax Registration Number (TRN), so a billing system stores it for your company and for each VAT-registered customer. The UAE is also rolling out e-invoicing through accredited service providers, on the Peppol network, in phases that depend on company size. We keep invoices as structured data from day one, so connecting a provider later is an integration, not a rewrite. Your accountant confirms the dates that apply to you.
Data and payments. Personal data falls under Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021, and the DIFC and ADGM free zones run their own data protection regimes. Health and some financial data carry extra rules about where they may be stored, so we ask early and agree the hosting region before customer data arrives. Cards go through providers that serve the UAE, such as Network International, Checkout.com, Stripe, PayTabs or Telr. Buy-now-pay-later runs through Tabby or Tamara. Your lawyer confirms what applies to you.

FAQ
What businesses in the UAE ask before they commission software.
No. We are a studio in Casablanca working remotely, and we name no UAE clients. We meet on video in the shared window and put every decision in writing.
It depends on scope. Custom projects start at $10,000, scoped up front with a fixed price and milestones. After a short discovery call we quote it and start within 3–5 business days, and the price does not drift. Prices are in US dollars.
The UAE is three hours ahead of Casablanca, or four during Ramadan. A 09:00 to 18:00 UAE day shares about six hours with ours. Calls use that window, and written updates cover the rest.
We set VAT at 5 %, put the TRN on invoices and test totals against your accountant’s examples. E-invoicing runs through an accredited provider, so we scope that connection once you choose one. Your accountant confirms your deadlines.
Yes. Right-to-left screens, invoices and emails can be part of the scope. We work in English, so we recommend a native Arabic writer for customer-facing copy.
You own the repository, the documentation and your data. We agree the hosting region before any customer data is stored, and we can run the system for you or hand it to your team.
Next step
Pick a time in the shared window. We will talk through your goal, the VAT and data points, and what a first version should include.
