Web design agency UK buyers can hire remotely: we design, build and launch your site from Casablanca, in English, on UK hours. Our clocks are never more than an hour apart, so nobody waits overnight for an answer.
From late March to late October, the UK is on British Summer Time and Casablanca shows the same clock time. In winter the UK is on GMT and we are one hour ahead. During Ramadan Morocco moves to UTC+0, which currently falls in UK winter, so for those weeks the clocks match.

What changes when the customer is British
VAT and payments. UK VAT is 20 % at the standard rate, and VAT-registered businesses file through Making Tax Digital. Consumers must see prices with VAT. Trade buyers usually want them without it. We build both views.

Privacy and accessibility. UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply, with the ICO as regulator, and PECR sets consent rules for cookies and marketing email. We build the banner and the notice structure; your adviser approves the wording.
The Equality Act 2010 expects reasonable adjustments for disabled users. Public sector sites must meet WCAG level AA. A UK limited company must also show its registered name, number and registered office on its site.
Time difference
Your whole day fits inside ours
Count a 09:00 to 17:00 UK day and a 09:00 to 18:00 Casablanca day. In summer both clocks match. In winter your 09:00 is our 10:00 and your 17:00 is our 18:00. Moroccan holidays, including Eid, move each year, so we put them in the project calendar at kickoff.

Web design agency questions from UK buyers
What businesses in the UK ask before they commission a site.
No. We work remotely from Casablanca and have no UK office, address or phone number. You still get an itemised quote, working previews and the code at launch. If you need a supplier who can visit your premises, a local agency is the better fit.

How does the time difference work?
In summer the UK and Casablanca show the same time. In winter we are one hour ahead. A 09:00 to 17:00 UK day fits inside our working day in every season.

Do you charge UK VAT?
We invoice from Morocco. How VAT applies to a service bought from abroad depends on your VAT status, so ask your accountant first. Tell us what the invoice must show, and the quote will reflect it.

Which payment providers can you connect?
Stripe, PayPal, Worldpay and GoCardless, among others. RAIN Store ships with Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Mollie and Klarna. Card payments go through 3-D Secure, and we test checkout totals against your accountant’s examples.

How much does a website cost?
Website Design is $7,500 per website, and Website + SEO is $15,000 per website. Both are fixed prices, quoted up front with no hidden fees. The quote stays fixed once you accept it, and we start within 3 to 5 business days. Our prices are in US dollars. Tell us on the call which currency you need.

Where will my site and data be hosted?
We agree the hosting region with you, based on where your visitors are and which data rules apply. A UK or EU data centre is a common choice. We build with sample data, and any access to live personal data is agreed in the quote first.
