Saudi CRM

CRM software Saudi Arabia: Arabic and English

CRM software for Saudi sales teams, built remotely from Casablanca: one pipeline with Arabic and English records, WhatsApp follow-up and Saudi-format fields. We scope PDPL consent and your Sunday-to-Thursday week first, then build, host and support it, with no per-seat fee.

A Saudi sales week

A CRM that fits a Saudi sales team

CRM software Saudi Arabia teams can use in Arabic and English: we build one pipeline for contacts, deals, tasks and follow-ups, remotely from Casablanca. It stores names in both scripts, shows Hijri dates when you want them and connects to WhatsApp where your plan allows. You pay for the build and the running, never per user.

WhatsApp is the main messaging channel for many Saudi sales teams. The WhatsApp Business Platform lets a business start a conversation only with an approved message template, and free replies are allowed within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. We build the follow-up rules around that limit, so reps never wonder why a message did not send.

Riyadh is two hours ahead of Casablanca, or three during Ramadan. We share Monday to Thursday, about six hours a day, because the Saudi week runs Sunday to Thursday. This page sits under the Saudi Arabia hub, Gulf hub and all markets.

FAQ

Questions from Saudi buyers

What sales teams in Saudi Arabia ask before they choose a CRM.

1

Can the CRM work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Records hold both scripts, and search finds Arabic spelling variants. Enterprise CRM lists Arabic among its interface languages. A custom build can be right-to-left from the first screen.

2

Can you connect the CRM to WhatsApp?

Yes, where your WhatsApp provider offers an API. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform or a provider built on it. First messages need approved templates, and free replies are allowed within 24 hours of the customer’s message. Message fees come from the provider.

3

Does the CRM need to follow the PDPL?

If you process the personal data of people in Saudi Arabia, the PDPL is likely to apply. The CRM records consent and supports export and erasure of one person’s record. Your lawyer confirms the details.

4

Should I choose Enterprise CRM or a custom CRM?

Choose Enterprise CRM when a proven open-source CRM fits your process. Choose a custom build when your stages, fields or rules are unusual. We tell you which one fits after the first call.

5

How much does a CRM cost?

It depends on scope. Custom projects start at $10,000, scoped up front with a fixed price and milestones. There is no per-seat fee. After a discovery call we quote it and start within 3–5 business days. Prices are in US dollars.
