Web design Abu Dhabi: bilingual sites for the capital

We build websites for Abu Dhabi companies and organisations, remotely, from Casablanca. Abu Dhabi shares the Dubai clock, three hours ahead of us. The data rules, the Arabic layouts and your IT team’s questions go into the scope before any code is written.

SCROLL

Abu Dhabi, from Casablanca

Why a remote studio works for Abu Dhabi

Web design Abu Dhabi buyers can book without a visit: we design, build and launch your site from Casablanca. Abu Dhabi runs on UTC+4, three hours ahead of us, or four in Ramadan. You share six working hours a day with us, five in Ramadan.

The clock is the same as Dubai’s, so the overlap does not change. What changes is the buyer. The capital is home to federal and emirate-level government, energy companies and the ADGM financial centre. Buyers in those sectors often ask about hosting, access control and documentation before they ask about colours.

We are honest about the limits. We hold no UAE licence and have no local office, so we are not the right fit for tenders that require a locally licensed supplier. Private companies, startups and subsidiaries of foreign firms are. This page sits inside our web design service for the UAE.

Abu Dhabi rules

What an Abu Dhabi site has to get right

Two data protection rulebooks, mainland and a free zone, each with consent toggles, retention and access, over one hosting regionTwo data protection rulebooks, mainland and a free zone, each with consent toggles, retention and access, over one hosting region

What we build

Sites and portals with the paperwork ready

Corporate sites, news and investor pages, supplier portals and booking flows. We build in Next.js, React and Laravel, agree the hosting region with you, and document access roles, backups and logs.

  • Role-based access for staff and suppliers
  • Hosting region agreed before any customer data is stored
  • Daily backups with a tested restore
  • English and Arabic, left to right and right to left

What you receive

A handover pack your IT team can read

Procurement and IT teams ask for paperwork. You receive the repository, setup and deployment notes, a description of hosting and backups, the list of third-party services, and a walkthrough. We scope and quote it after the discovery call, then start within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Repository and setup notes
  • Hosting, backup and restore description
  • List of third-party services and where data goes
  • A walkthrough for your team

In writing

What we put in writing before the build

Larger organisations ask for these answers first, so they go into the scope.

  • Which data rulebook applies: the federal PDPL or the ADGM regulations
  • Where the site is hosted and who can reach the servers
  • Which payment and VAT rules apply to what you sell
  • Which languages the site launches in, and who writes the Arabic
  • Who owns the code and the content: you do

  • Website design: layouts in English and Arabic, approved on real screens before the build.
  • Custom web development: supplier portals, booking flows and APIs on Next.js and Laravel.
  • ERP systems: invoicing, stock and finance. UAE VAT rules are scoped as custom work.
  • CRM development: a private CRM on a server you choose.

03

Quote and start in 3–5 business days

A line-by-line quote with a timeline and milestone payments. Hosting and security assumptions are listed.

04

Design and build

Reviews on real screens and a working preview at every step.

05

Handover

The repository, the documents and a walkthrough, so your IT team can run the site.

FAQ

Questions from Abu Dhabi buyers

What organisations in Abu Dhabi ask before they book a call.

1

Are you a web design agency in Abu Dhabi?

No. We are a studio in Casablanca working remotely, with no Abu Dhabi office or UAE licence. If your tender needs a locally licensed supplier, we are not the right fit. For private projects we agree meeting times in your day.

2

Which data rules apply to an Abu Dhabi website?

Companies in ADGM follow the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Mainland companies follow the federal PDPL. Other zones have their own authorities. We ask which applies before we design forms, and a UAE lawyer should confirm the wording.

3

Can you build an Arabic-first site?

Yes. We design the Arabic layout as the main version, add English where you need it and test every page right to left. A native writer should produce the Arabic copy.

4

How much working-hour overlap do we have?

Abu Dhabi is on UTC+4 like Dubai, so a 09:00 to 18:00 day shares six hours with ours, or five during Ramadan. Calls fit that window, and updates are written.

5

Can you host the site in the UAE?

We choose the hosting provider with you, based on latency, data rules and cost. If your policy needs data inside the UAE, tell us on the discovery call and we price a provider with a UAE region.

6

What do you hand over at the end?

The repository, setup and deployment notes, a description of hosting and backups, a list of third-party services and a walkthrough for your team. You own the code.
