Web design Dubai: bilingual sites, built remotely

We design and build websites for Dubai businesses, remotely, from Casablanca. Dubai is three hours ahead of us, so calls fall in your afternoon and we keep working after you leave. English and Arabic layouts, 5 % VAT and DIFC or mainland data rules are scoped before any code.

Dubai, from Casablanca

Why a remote studio works for Dubai

Web design Dubai buyers can book without a flight: we design, build and launch your site from Casablanca and work around your day. Dubai runs on UTC+4 all year, with no daylight saving. We run on UTC+1, so Dubai is three hours ahead of us.

Count a 09:00 to 18:00 day on both sides. Your 12:00 to 18:00 is our 09:00 to 15:00, six shared hours. During Ramadan Morocco moves to UTC+0, the gap becomes four hours and the shared window drops to five. Calls go in that window. Everything else is written down.

Dubai has no shortage of agencies, so we keep the offer plain: one team, a fixed quote and the code at the end. We are not a Dubai office, and we say so. This page is part of our web design service for the UAE, inside the UAE hub.

What we build

Bilingual sites that load fast and take payment

A Dubai business usually needs one of three things: a marketing site, an online store or a booking or listing platform. We design on real screens in English and Arabic, build in Next.js and React, and add a Laravel back end when the site needs accounts, orders or bookings.

  • English and Arabic layouts, left to right and right to left
  • 5 % VAT, delivery and payments set up and tested before launch
  • A visual admin, so your team edits pages without a developer
  • Core Web Vitals checked before launch

How a project runs

Calls in your afternoon, work that continues after you leave

Your afternoon is our morning, so design reviews happen live. Messages you send before noon Dubai time are the first thing we read at 09:00 Casablanca. We keep working three hours after your day ends, so a question at 17:00 can be answered the same evening.

  • Design reviews live, 12:00 to 18:00 Dubai time
  • A working preview link at every step
  • Written updates between calls, so no decision is lost

First call

What we ask on the first call

Five answers shape a Dubai quote more than anything else.

  • Are you licensed on the mainland, in the DIFC or in another free zone?
  • Does the site launch in English only, or in English and Arabic?
  • Which payment methods do your customers use, including buy now, pay later?
  • Do you list property or sell anything that needs a permit number on the page?
  • Do you need bookings, accounts or a CRM behind the site?

Across the time difference

How we work with Dubai

The shared afternoon carries the decisions. Writing carries the rest.

01

Discovery call

A short call in your afternoon covers the goal, the audience and whether the site is English only or bilingual.

02

Quote and start in 3–5 business days

Itemised deliverables, a timeline and a milestone payment schedule.

03

Design in two directions

You review English and Arabic layouts on real screens during the shared window.

04

Build after your day ends

We keep working three hours after Dubai signs off. Progress lands in a preview link, with written notes.

05

Launch and handover

Domain, hosting and analytics are set up with you. You receive the code and a walkthrough.

FAQ

Questions from Dubai buyers

What businesses in Dubai ask before they book a call.

1

Are you a web design company Dubai clients can meet in person?

No. We work remotely from Casablanca and meet on video in your afternoon. If an in-person meeting matters most to you, a local studio is the better fit.

2

How does the time difference work with Dubai?

Dubai is 3 hours ahead of Casablanca, or 4 during Ramadan, when Morocco moves to UTC+0. A 09:00 to 18:00 day in Dubai shares six hours with ours, or five in Ramadan. Calls fit that window and everything else is in writing.

3

Can you build a bilingual English and Arabic website?

Yes. We design both directions on real screens, set up the language switch and the search tags, and test with real Arabic text. A native writer should produce the Arabic copy.

4

Do you build online stores for Dubai?

Yes. Our ecommerce web design agency Dubai page covers stores in detail: UAE payments, cash on delivery and 5 % VAT at checkout. For a self-hosted shop, see RAIN Store.

5

Which data rules apply to a Dubai website?

It depends on your licence. Mainland companies follow the federal PDPL. Companies in the DIFC follow the DIFC Data Protection Law. We ask which applies before we design forms, and a UAE lawyer should confirm the wording.

6

Can you build the booking system or CRM behind the website?

Yes. We build in Next.js, React, TypeScript and Laravel, so bookings, customer portals and a CRM can sit behind the site. We scope those pieces in the same itemised quote.

Next step

Planning a Dubai website?

Pick a time in your afternoon. We will talk through your goal, the VAT and data rules, and what a first version should include.
