We are ahead of you by the gap below. Counted for a 09:00 to 18:00 day in Casablanca and 09:00 to 17:00 on your side. Summer means US daylight time, from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November. In Ramadan every gap is one hour smaller.

At 09:00 in New York in summer it is 14:00 in Casablanca, and we have worked five hours already. Live calls use the shared window. Everything else is written down.

Ownership
Your code, your data, your accounts
You own the code, the database and the accounts. At handover you receive the repository, the documentation and a walkthrough.

Contracts and rules
Contracts, tax and privacy in plain terms
Contract and payment. Most US buyers start with a mutual NDA and a master services agreement, then add a statement of work per project. We work from the written quote, and your counsel can add contract terms. Payments follow delivered milestones.
Tax. US sales tax is set by state, and some cities add their own. We do not quote rates. Your accountant, or a service such as Stripe Tax or Avalara, decides them, and we connect that to your checkout.
Privacy and accessibility. The US has no single privacy law for private businesses. California's CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws apply by where your customers live. HIPAA covers healthcare providers, plans and clearinghouses. The ADA is the usual accessibility reference, with WCAG 2.1 AA as the yardstick. Your lawyer confirms what applies.
If procurement requires a SOC 2 report, ask before you book. We do not list one on this site.

No. We work remotely from Casablanca and claim no US office, address or phone number. Real clients and testimonials are on the clients page.

How much working-hour overlap do we have?
On the East Coast, 3 to 4 hours a day. In Central time, 2 to 3. In Mountain time, 1 to 2. On the Pacific coast, one hour in summer and none in winter.

Who owns the code and the data?
You do. At handover you receive the repository, documentation and a walkthrough, and the database and hosting accounts can sit in your name.
